Process
Phone consultation
To start with we will have a short conversation to discuss what you are seeking for services. At this time, I will go over some policies and begin the registration process. I will email you an intake packet that will include consent forms and some questionnaires to complete.
Free
Intake session
During your intake assessment we will spend more time getting to know each other and discussing what your concerns are. We will work together to establish goals based on your needs and strengths. An intake session will normally take about 1 hour.

Individual sessions
The individual sessions will be the time we spend working together to develop skills targeted at your needs. These skills will help you manage what has brought you in for services. These sessions are typically 45 minutes.
